I.T.C. (Initial Training Consultation)
The purpose of your I.T.C. is to orient you to our facility and make you feel comfortable with what we have to offer. During this complimentary session, you will meet with a Certified Personal Trainer to discuss your health history, fitness history, current health/fitness goals, and the type of program you are interested in. After your I.T.C., you will feel comfortable with the club and be ready to exercise and start achieving your desired results.
Jump Start Personal Training
Jump Start Personal Training is a three (3) session Personal Training package available to incoming members at a reduced rate. This in-depth series provides an excellent means for new members to actively participate in their own customized workout. It all starts with a comprehensive fitness evaluation to determine where you are in relation to your health and fitness goals. Once we determine your current condition, we will design a 3-point system to guide you down the roadway to success!
- 1st Session: Cardiovascular Training
- In this session you will learn about the benefits of cardiovascular training and learn how to get an efficient and effective cardiovascular workout that is sure to condition your cardiorespiratory system
- If you are recovering from an injury or have any physical limitations, there is no need to worry. We have a variety of cardiovascular equipment at the club so we can structure the session to meet your needs!
- 2nd Session: Strength Training
- Let us teach you how to strength train properly to maximize your results and minimize any risk of injury.
- Whether we employ strength training machines, free weights or body weight, we will be sure to give your muscles a challenge.
- 3rd Session: Flexibility Training or Nutritional Guidance
- Flexibility is often the most forgotten and undervalued component of fitness. Let us show you how to use flexibility training to maximize your range of motion and recover from workouts quicker while preventing injury.
- If you are confused by all the different nutrition messages out there then this session is perfect for you! Nutritional Consultation is about a lot more than just what to eat. By taking into consideration your current habits, lifestyle and desired results, we can make sense out of the conflicting messages and get you on a program that makes sense for you.
- The choice is yours! Pick whichever option you prefer as your third component to fitness.
The Jump Start Program will design a comprehensive health and fitness program for you. For many people, lack of knowledge is the biggest obstacle to getting results from a health and fitness program.
